Insurance -We accept multiple insurance plans at our office. We would be happy to help you determine if your insurance is covered. Since every patient's policy is different depending on who they are with, without looking it up we can give you an estimate as to what you would pay before you arrive.

Without Insurance- At Baybridge Chiropractic Clinic, our aim is to ensure that everyone can access the advantages of chiropractic care and adjustments. Even if you have limited or no chiropractic insurance coverage, we're committed to doing our best to ensure you receive care. Whether you lack insurance or your current plan excludes chiropractic benefits, rest assured there are options available for you to receive the necessary pain relief and chiropractic treatment. Many of our patients opt to pay directly for their appointments with our chiropractor, recognizing the remarkable cost-effectiveness and affordability of chiropractic care. In fact, for these individuals, chiropractic care often proves to be a more economical and efficacious alternative to other pain management methods such as medication or invasive surgery.
We offer cash rate for each service that we provide. You also have the option of Package plans that are prepaid. This is paid for the services up front however, it is more affordable if you need a higher number of treatments vs paying per treatment at the full amount.
We also offer monthly plans that are $125 for unlimited Chiropractic adjustments and use of our tens unit in office. This is an option that we can set up with automatic payment. We can schedule you in advance for the month if you know your schedule or you can call in and we can add you same day.
We also offer Family plans for even more of a discount.

Office Financial Policy
Our office is pleased to accept your insurance on assignment. However, it is important to recognize that your insurance policy constitutes a contract between you and your insurance provider. Our office will not be able to engage in disputes with your insurer regarding policy limitations or concerns. This responsibility rests solely with you. We will diligently file your claims and provide assistance to ensure maximum benefit recovery, but any remaining balance ultimately falls under your responsibility.
FOR UNINSURED PATIENTS: Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made. Your outstanding balance must not exceed $100.00 at any time, or care may be discontinued.
FOR INSURED PATIENTS: By signing, you authorize and direct your insurer to remit payment for covered services to Baybridge Chiropractic Clinic. Deductibles and co-payments are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made. Your outstanding balance must not exceed $100.00 at any time, or care may be discontinued.
While we make efforts to verify your policy benefits at the onset of treatment, our office cannot guarantee insurance policy details or payments.
In the event that your insurer fails to settle a claim within 60 days of submission, you agree to actively participate in the recovery process. Should your insurer not pay within 90 days, you accept full responsibility for any outstanding balance and authorize us to charge your credit card for full payment.
If you opt for a payment plan, a valid credit card must be kept on file with our office.
Should you discontinue care without the doctor’s authorization, any outstanding balance on your account becomes immediately due, regardless of insurance filings. (Should your insurance subsequently cover expenses, any overpayment will be refunded.)
Additionally, our office imposes a $50.00 fee for missed appointments.
