Insurance: 

We accept a variety of insurance plans and are happy to help you determine your coverage. Because every policy is different, we can verify your benefits and provide an estimate of your out-of-pocket costs before your visit.

We also accept auto accident cases for patients in need of chiropractic care. Please contact our office for more information.

 

Without Insurance:

At Baybridge Chiropractic Clinic, we believe everyone should have access to quality chiropractic care. If you have limited coverage—or no insurance at all—we offer flexible options to help you receive the treatment you need.

Many of our patients choose to pay directly for their care and find chiropractic treatment to be a cost-effective alternative to medications or more invasive procedures.

We offer straightforward cash rates for all services, making it easy to plan for your care with no surprises.

Office Financial Policy

Our office is pleased to accept insurance assignment; however, please understand that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance provider. We are not able to mediate disputes regarding coverage, limitations, or claim decisions. While we will file claims on your behalf and assist in maximizing your benefits, any remaining balance is ultimately your responsibility.


Uninsured Patients
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Account balances must not exceed $100 at any time, or care may be paused until the balance is resolved.


Insured Patients
By receiving care, you authorize your insurance company to send payment directly to Baybridge Chiropractic Clinic for covered services. Deductibles, co-pays, and any non-covered services are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Account balances must not exceed $100 at any time, or care may be paused until the balance is resolved.

Please note that while we make every effort to verify your benefits, we cannot guarantee coverage or payment by your insurance provider.


Claims & Payment Responsibility
If your insurance company has not paid a claim within 60 days, you agree to assist in resolving the claim. If payment is not received within 90 days, you accept full financial responsibility for the outstanding balance and authorize our office to charge your card on file.

If you choose a payment plan, a valid credit card must be kept on file.


Discontinuation of Care
If care is discontinued without the doctor’s authorization, any remaining balance becomes immediately due, regardless of pending insurance claims. If insurance later pays, any overpayment will be refunded.


Missed Appointments
A $50 fee may be charged for missed appointments after an initial warning.
